By using Partner Pulse you agree to these terms. They cover what you can do, what we don't promise, and how we handle accounts and content. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The scores and signals we surface are heuristic and are not buy/sell recommendations. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown.

6. Third-party content

The Service displays headlines, summaries, and links to news articles published by third parties, and live market data sourced from third parties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTNER PULSE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partner Pulse and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
